We live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our home features a private room and bath, full gourmet kitchen with all kitchen appliances - juicer, Vitamix, coffee maker, and latte and cappuccino maker. The guest bedroom has a private television, robes, 300 thread count sheets, alarm clock, ironing board and iron. Each day we provide homemade granola, fresh blueberry muffins, coffee, and tea service. Our home has a secluded pool area with lounge chairs, umbrella, private eating area with ceiling fan and lighting. We also offer complimentary beach services which include luxury towels, chairs, umbrella, and carrying bag.

About the Area
Fort Lauderdale has geographic pockets of activities. Our home is 15 to 20 minutes from beaches and the airport, and shopping malls. The bus stop is at the end of our street - a 5 minute walk. In addition, many visitors use Uber and Lyft for transportation. These are both supported by your phone apps and wifi. We live 7 miles from the primary public beach - Lauderdale by the Sea. There are great restaurants in walking distance in that area. The airport is an easy drive and easily accessible in 15 to 20 minutes because it is all interstate driving. There are local restaurants, gym, and bars 5 minute drive from our home. The train is also available 10 minutes from our home and will transport you to the Miami area.

House Rules
Our home is non smoking on the inside. We do provide ashtrays to use on the outside of the home. We do not have a curfew on leaving or coming. We ask that you be courteous when arriving late. All beach items that are used must be returned. No eating in bed. Foods and beverages can stain the bedding for the next guest's stay.

Amazing! Michael and Charlie truly care about providing a first-class experience. They go above and beyond. Their home is very welcoming and comfortable.
My only feedback:
- I wish we arrived earlier and were staying longer to enjoy their space and pool.
- More of those delicious , freshly baked cookies (just kidding) -- so good!I would highly recommend their home.

So very pleasant stay! The place is neat and confy with everything you can wish. The hosts are friendly and serviceminded and treat you all the time. Lovely breakfast. Nice neighbourhood too! We loved to stay there!

Our stay was short but so exceeding. All perfect, wish I had a longer stay there. Room big enough, own bathroom, very high quality bed, sheets etc, a really cute breakfast (the host baked Muffins for us), television, a big and clean pool (sadly we had not the time to enjoy that). I would stay here again, if I come back to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you so much!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
