Cozy bedroom. 1.5 baths. Fenced in yard. Outdoor Fire-Pit & Charcoal Grill are accessible. The home is fully furnished. Equipped with two high-speed WiFi connections. The home is also secured 24/7 by the Ring Security System.
The space
Bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed with Clean Sheets, Pillows, and a Comforter, that is super comfortable. There is a TV Stand with a 46” LG LED Smart TV which is equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Disney Plus. The TV is also connected to a Wii which gives you the access to play some video games as & if you wish to. There is a night stand/dresser located next to the bed, and an empty closet equipped with an Iron & Ironing Board along with some hangers that you’re more than welcome to use. The bedroom is also equipped with two Rotating Tower Fans, for those who prefer to sleep with a fan on.
NEWLY ADDED, there is now a MINI FRIDGE with a freezer attached, located inside the bedroom for you’re convenience.
The Bathroom is located right next to the Guest Bedroom. The Bathroom is readily available with Towels, Wash Cloths, Hand Towels, Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, and a Travel Sized Chi Blow Dryer that is available for use. In addition there is also a Washer & Dryer located inside the Bathroom, which you’re more than welcome to use. However, I do want to make note that the Bathroom is considered Semi-Private, considering the location of the Washer & Dryer. I will only enter the bathroom, (as long as the time-frame fits the needs to your schedule) in order to clean, take out the trash, refill the soap, toilet paper, etc., or if I need to utilize the Washer & Dryer. Which I will always communicate in advance.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I have committed myself to the well-being of the Homestay Community along with the Community in which I reside. I have taken extra precautions & measures, to ensure the health & safety, not only for myself, but for all of my guests too. After each guests leaves, every room is scrubbed down from the floor, to the walls, to the ceiling with disinfectant cleaning supplies, in addition to my standard cleaning protocols. These extra measures take me a little bit longer than usual to ensure that the room is 100% disinfected, sanitized, and thoroughly clean. Please be patient with me on the check-in time, I will do my best to avoid any inconvenience, however, I want to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Thank you.

Living Room that’s fully furnished, and is equipped with a 65” LG 3D Smart TV which gives you access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Disney Plus.
Kitchen that’s fully equipped with the following appliances; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Gas Stove/Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Family Sized & Personal Sized Crock Pot, Keurig, Blender, Breakfast Sandwich Maker, Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Silverware, etc.
Backyard has a Fire-Pit, Charcoal Grill and a Charcoal Smoker that you’re welcome to use. (Please Note, as of September 13th 2020, I am currently working on fixing up the back yard due to the severe weather conditions that occurred this Spring/Summer, in addition to adding on an extension for the fence. However, the backyard is still accessible for use.)
Washer & Dryer available for use, which is located in the guest bathroom.
Other things to note
In the Guest Bedroom there will be a set of Spare Keys, colored to distinguished which key is for the front door and which key is for the bedroom door. In addition, the WiFi Username and Password will be located on the nightstand/dresser next to the bed.
This home is Pet Friendly. Please let me know in advance if you tend to bring your Furry Family member, as I do have pets myself. They are very welcoming & loving. Please feel free to check out their reviews!

Please let me know in advance your estimated time of arrival, and estimated time of departure when requesting your reservation.
Please note that I am more than willing to extend your Check-Out time if needed, as long as there are no other prior established reservations that begin on the day you Check-Out.

About the Area
Close access to Fort Riley, located between Trooper Gate and Grant Gate.
There is a children’s playground diagonally across the street from the house.
Whether, you have a car, bike, truck, moving van, etc. You’re more than welcome to park in the driveway. I do ask, that the guests park on the right hand side, given that I park my truck in the garage on the left hand side. You are also more than welcome to store any of your belongings inside the garage.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
