Hello, my name is Jennifer and I love to meet new people. We are a family of 3 with a toddler and a dog. We love to meet new people and have a spare room for those visiting. We speak English and Spanish. We welcome students. Our community is gated and very welcoming and safe. We are about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. We also have a fenced yard with a patio area to relax. The room does share a bathroom.

About the Area
Our home is located in a quiet gated neighborhood. MCO is about 15 minutes away from us. Disney is about a half an hour drive away and malls like the Florida mall and Millenia mall are about a half an hour drive as well. We are close to a little Publix shopping center as well about 10 minutes away. We also have Lake Nona medical center nearby and Valencia College Osceola and Lake nona campus about 20 minutes away. Having a car is recommended.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

The Rooms have its own appliances for comfort.
Close to lake Nona (10 min) and right by Orlando international airport/MCO (15min). For international guests please do not book unless visa/passports been approved to allow others to book. Balance of booking paid in cash USD upon arriving. You can contact me on Whatsapp after booking (please note the word whatsapp isn’t allowed to be used in inbox for this site), you’ll get my contact info after booking.
NO smoking, alcohol or drug use.
NO pets allowed (we have one dog already).
Keep the bedroom and bathroom clean.
Laundry use MORNING time ONLY.
Be respectful and mindful of Tv noise after 11:30pm.
Please remember to lock/close the front door.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
