Located 1400 feet above sea level in the White Mountains of lovely New Hampshire...where wildlife like deer & bear are very common and you can hear a pin drop anytime day or night...it's that quiet! All paved country roads except for the last 500 feet...At the intersection of Gale Chandler & Clement Dr. in Landaff...You can't miss me...a large American flag, white home with red shutters and a large barn red garage...Lacey (my dog) and I are your Hosts in a beautiful 3 Br. home...Guest room has private bath (both shower/tub)...a Guest will have ROH with cooking privileges...location is 15 minutes minutes from Woodsville or Littleton which offer full shopping...2 Walmart's, restaurants, grocery stores, Home depot/Lowes, fuel stations and more)...minutes from Vermont and I-91, I-90 & I-89 interstate highways...
Your Host Jeff is a retired Investigator...and currently working as a school bus driver in near by Littleton...an avid motorcycle rider on a GL 1800 Gold Wing...

My home is located in the White Mountain Region of northern New Hampshire...where wildlife abounds and you can hear a pin drop anytime day or night...on a clear moonlit night from my large porch you may view hundreds of stars...some shooting across the universe...15 minutes to Vermont & Woodsville/Littleton where 2 Hospitals, 2 Walmart's, restaurants, grocery stores, fuel stations, Home depot/Lowes and more are located...minutes from skiing and hiking at Canon Mountain, the Notch and Loon Mountain...snow mobileing/RV 4-wheeling, walking/running trails are popular and literally feet from my home...And of course sightseeing...

House Rules
No Smokers, check-in after 3:00 PM, Checkout before 10:00 AM, 2 guest maximum, parking next to front door/porch area, removal of shoes inside front door, food only eaten in dining area, no loud noise of any kind, clean up in kitchen if used

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
