We are a Christian couple living a few miles off of I-40/I-81 in Jefferson County in East Tennessee. We are 15 minutes from Exits 394, 398, 407 and 417. Coming to our home in New Market, TN, will not delay your trip because you would take another route that runs parallel with the interstate to get back on the interstate. We're also about 30 minutes from I-75 in Knoxville. We have four rooms available, all with private baths, cable TV, and free wifi. Muffins and coffee/hot tea/hot chocolate are included in the rate. Our home is filled with stained glass lighting, antiques, and lots of charm.
Additional Info
We have on-site free parking. There is a market in the neighborhood that will deliver food from early morning until 8 p.m., with no minimum order and no delivery fee. Guests also enjoy ordering pizza to be delivered to them here.

About the Area
We are located in a small town in East Tennessee, 1/2 block off of a four-lane highway, and 15 minutes from the interstate. Staying with us is not out of the way, you will just get back on the interstate 23 miles from where you exited. There is a train in the neighborhood and we provide complimentary soft disposable ear plugs to those who wish to wear them. Most guests enjoy hearing the train and some don't even hear it.

House Rules
Guests do not have access to a kitchen. There is a refrigerator and a microwave for guest use. Guests are allowed to smoke outside, but not in the house or on the porch. We do not allow pets. No house parties are allowed. No drinking or illegal drug use is allowed. We ask our guests to be courteous to other guests and observe quiet time from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
