3/2 Split plan home. The area is in a quiet and safe neighborhood near downtown and close to the beach ( 10 miles) , W/ shops & eateries within 3 miles. NO pets or smoking. laundry privileges, 1 load only. Airport pickup avail. The kitchen is limited access and not after 830pm. Guests can not receive mail at residence. Home stays 70 degrees 24/7. Extra between blankets in closet

About the Area
My home is in a clean, quiet neighborhood, I maintain and insist on my home being a serenity zone. Absolutely no drama or bs. Close to shopping 45 min from Orlando, space center 30 from Port Canaveral 7 to beaches

House Rules
I strive to keep my house peaceful and serene, so no drama, please. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house that includes vaping. If you smoke, please do not throw your cigarette butts in my yard. Kitchen open till 8pm.
Internet is available at check-in and is in the app. Due to a heat allergy, my house does stay cold, about 70ﾟ There are extra blankets in your closet and also in the hallway linen closet just outside the room
My house is not suitable for children over the age of 2 there is only one bed in each room. Guests can not receive mail at my residence

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
