This guest room with high ceilings and natural light is tucked away in the historic town of Point Richmond walking distance from downtown cafes, restaurants, and shops. Convenient access to BART stations minutes away. Stay with Tristan, my dog, and me and enjoy the space with fragrant plants and open design.

About the Area
The neighborhood is at the top of a hill on one of the original streets in Point Richmond. Parking is free on my street and throughout Point Richmond. You are safe to walk around, downtown is less than half a mile walk down the hill. Views of the Bay, San Francisco, and all three famous bridges are a one block walk from my front door.

Nice place and owner.
Jennifer was very flexible to make easy our very late arrival.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison de Jennifer . Le parking juste devant la maison (dans la rue) était pratique . Nous avions la maison entière pour nous seuls , et quand Jennifer était présente elle était si discrète que nous ne la voyions pas . Son greyhound est adorable et bien élevé . Jennifer nous a porté des croissants tous les matins et nous avons pu faire tourner le lave linge pour nos affaires . Nous avons adoré l'expérience, c'est une bonne option pour découvrir San francisco pour petit budget , nous recommandons à 100%
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
