We live in a quiet neighborhood very close to the world famous Mayo Clinic (Destination Medical Center). I am a retired nurse & my husband is a retired government employee. We have 3 dogs & 1 cats (1 foster cat - we foster animals for a local rescue group) but our home is allergy free due to my husband's asthma. We travel, love sports, camping, hiking & our favorite is water parks.
We have a spacious home available with a warm comfortable vibe. Our guest room has a queen bed, a dresser set & a large closet. It is next to a large bathroom used exclusively by our guests. The guest room has always been pet free due to the several guests we have opened our home to over the years.
Payments: Paypal in advance or Cash upon arrival.
We love to have guests & we know each person is special & unique. Whether you are traveling for business, pleasure or medical let our home be your home away from home.

Our house located just off highway 52 on the northwest side of town. We are on a corner lot adjacent to a cul de sac. We are minutes from shopping & grocery stores. We are only 3 miles from the Mayo Clinic & 4 miles from the mall. Busline is 1 block from our home. We are in a great location in our city.

House Rules
No smoking in the home we have an outdoor area you can smoke in. No alcohol except with meals or religious reasons. you have kitchen privilegies but please clean up after yourself. You have laundry access but please adhere to the laundry rules. Business Office access with wireless Internet & printing some restrictions apply. Satellite TV available but no ordering of movies & some channels are restricted. We ask you don't not use family room without invitation but you may use our reading room without restrictions. Please lock all doors if you are the last person home or leaving. We do not enforce a curfew you are free to come & go as you please.
Please do not bring guests into the home without permission.
Please do not adjust the heat or A/C we will gladly adjust it for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
