Welcome to Our Casa! We have a 4 bedroom house that we have a spare bedroom available for rent. On our property we have solar on the roof and fully access to the cable, and wifi. We also have a pool in the backyard. We love to invite you to stay with us for the summer. Both my husband and I own a surf shop in pacific beach . We love being in the outdoors riding bikes, and enjoying the ocean . Unforunatley our house is a smoke free environment. We can't allow anyone to smoke cigarettes . The kitchen is open to use, and the bathroom is shared environment with one person. The person is usually gone durning the week. He usually is home on the weekends,

About the Area
Our House is next Ted Williams Freeway between the interstate 5 in Carmel Valley and Interstate 15 . We are very close to Poway area too. There is a big bus stop about 10 min walk. We have lots of restaurants very close to us, Movie theater, Starbucks, and Ralphs, Trader Joes all in 5 minute driving from our house.

House Rules
Our House Rules are we keep everything quiet after 11:00 Pm. No loud Music or guest are allowed to have extra guest over past 11:00 Pm durning the work week. No smoking or drugs use allowed In the house at any time. There is $250 fine if caught smoking in the room. We can't host anyone that smokes cigarettes . This is none smoking environment. I have asthma and I can't be around the cigarettes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
