Centrally located home near bus lines and just minutes from downtown. Family friendly neighborhood located by John Finch elementary school and Audobon Park. The park is practically in our backyard! Nice neighborhood to walk around in, not too far from trails that lead down to Spokane River, close to beautiful recreational areas. We have a discover pass you can borrow, as well as 2 hard bodied kayaks, and bikes if you're the outdoorsy type. There is also secure storage in the garage if you have any gear you've brought along with you. Pets are okay on a case by case basis, there are cats and one small dog in the home who are friendly. The room is eclectically furnished with a queen sized bed and all the essentials you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is shared, and the bathroom is shared with one other person. There is a living room next to the available room you are very welcome to hang out in. There is a library of physical media, VHS and DVDs and Vinyl records you're welcome to check out just please make sure to carefully put them back where they were. There's a fully fenced backyard, and patio with seating and a hammock, a garden coming in the spring, and a propane grill and charcoal BBQ you have access to. We welcome people from all walks of life we just ask you to be a kind and respectful guest in our home. We want you to feel at home!

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side in a safe and peaceful suburb of the city and just minutes from downtown. The bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk from the house, and we're less than 15 minutes away from the airport. We're next to Audobon Park and many recreational parks as well as the Spokane river. There are shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please no smoking inside, cannabis is okay and vaping isn't a problem. Please make sure you don't let the cats out and close the doors all the way, there is a guest access door code for the front door that will be provided to you. Please be tidy and communicative if you need anything. We wanna make sure you're comfortable! Sometimes meals will be provided, but not guaranteed as we all work full time in the home. If you need anything please send me a text. Pay for your stay can be accepted in cash on arrival or via paypal, cashapp, or venmo in advance or upon your arrival. If you need to cancel please let me know 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee which will be 25% of the booking fee if you're a no show or do a late cancellation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
