Spacious, art-filled 3-BR, 2Bath home offers you a tranquil private entrance, airy master bedroom with your own newly remodeled bath, granite counter, huge shower; walled garden; you'll share the newly remodeled kitchen (dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, filtered water, stove, microwave); wi-fi; open plan dining and very comfy living room with lots of books and Yamaha upright piano, featuring separate main patio and garden, covered parking, HOA pool with lots of space for lounging, mountain views from the dining area; two blocks' walk to celebrated bike and hike trails along the Rillito River that go for tens of miles, extremely quiet and relaxing neighborhood in central Tucson, near the hospitals for working medical staff; walk to grocery, two Starbucks and an upscale cafe plus bistros (Indian, Italian) close by. Host is a 5-star host with years of experience hosting folks from all over the country and the world, and admires cultures that treat the guest-host relationship as sacred. 6-lb affectionate chihuahua-Jack Russell pup, Bunny, available to fulfill your needs for fun and affection.

About the Area
Near the Museum of Miniatures, this quiet corner is off a street that dead ends at the hike and bike trail (Rillito River ), Very sedate and civilized, just beneath the Catalina Mountains that tower and turn rose-gold at sunset and make the heart bloom. Abundant flowering trees and cactus in the spring and summer; pool inviting and heated in the month of April. Close to both the almost endless bike trails and to one of the loveliest parks in Tucson, with new tennis courts, playgrounds, a large pond and fountain with abundant trees, ducks, birds, and turtles as well as historic monuments; another lovely park is three blocks away with a YMCA. Drive 2-4 miles and find three enormous spectacular gyms (JCC, Chuze, Vasa) with pools and hydromassage in addition to all the equipment you can imagine.

House Rules
No parties, no smoking, no loud noises, but dancing and wining and dining and sharing cooking highly encouraged, as is playing the piano at reasonable hours. I have a quiet study room with two desks, one of which may be available by special arrangement, when not otherwise in use. A bicycle for a tall person may also be available. No eating in the bedroom, please; use the dining table or the patio (in good weather). Laundry closet in the main hall available for guest's use; also iron and ironing board. I want my guests to feel completely at home, to enjoy the privacy they need, and the rest they deserve as well as to have fun adventures in Tucson in the great outdoors.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
