Fantastic location as its across the road from St Francis Hospital, close to St Johns Hospital and Hillcrest South Hospital. This residence simply exudes peace and harmony. The abundance of natural light flows throughout the wide-open space of the open-plan living and dining areas. Enjoying a brilliant location, within walking distance to St Francis Hospital and the Warren Clinic, this secure home with plenty of natural light is an exceptional place to relax in and use as your home away from home. You have a great room with a Smart TV and full use of an office down the hall.
The warm and welcoming living area provides the ideal place to come together and enjoy some quality time. You are encouraged to use the kitchen, experiment with my favorite friend the "coffee machine" and if you're brave enough help yourself to my endless supply of vegemite on your morning, lunch, or evening toast. We have a great balcony off the kitchen area and is a super chill place to relax and unwind in the evening.

The interior is simple and classic in design with quality finishes. You share the space with me, and my funny little blind dog Atticus that loves a sweet biscuit or two and a head scratch.
It's a good safe neighborhood and close to pretty much everything interesting, Tulsa has to offer. Close to Riverside, some great areas to go running in and Health Zone gym is a 2-minute drive away, so this place has it all.

About the Area
Our Condo is located on the South side of Tulsa and close to downtown. This is such a great area and ideal for traveling healthcare professionals. The area is safe and only a 16-minute drive from Tulsa International Airport. Public transport to downtown is on Yale Avenue, just minutes from the front door. There are many great eating spots around, LaFortune is a great running park down the street, and Health Zone Gym is across the road.

House Rules
1. Information :
The condo is three bedrooms and is located on the first floor and one flight of stairs. The front door entrance has a locked
security gate and the main door is code operated. The key will be issued to you with a door code upon arrival.
You have your own private room and a bathroom that is located just to the left of your room and is very private. You are welcome
to use the living, dining, kitchen, office/study, and balcony area. Your linen is provided as well as the basics for toiletries, body
wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.
I ask that you are respectful of my space and my neighbors. Please do not invite people to stay overnight. If you have friends
visiting, please be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings.
My husband works from home and we do have a blind dog and also an Australian shepherd that occasionally visits during the
day and is very friendly and quite silly.
There are large garbage bins located in the parking area. I do ask that you keep the kitchen clean and your bathroom as well.
Cleaning is done once a week and your towels and bed linen will be replaced weekly.
There is onsite parking and also a pool for your use in summer, and I thank the Lord for that water hole in the ground as the
Tulsa summer is crazy.
Please do not give out the security code nor a copy of my gate key, I am respectful of you and your belongings and I ask the
same from you.
There is no smoking allowed inside my condo or on my balcony. Please do not ask me if you can bring a pet along as Atticus
and Linus lives in the space on and off.
2. House Layout
There is a closet space inside your closet and I use that as storage. Please respect this area as off-limits. Currently, it is closed
by a curtain and I will be installing a locked door in the coming months.
3. Household supplies
First Aid Kit, Trash bags, Cleaning supplies, Laundry detergent, Condiments in the fridge, Bathroom Essentials
4. Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes, I ask that you do not encourage any sleepovers as the room is for your purpose only.
5. Kitchen
You are welcome to use the kitchen, I am happy to fruit and veggies and ask that if you do use something, please replace it.

there is a small trash container under the sink and the trash bin is located in the car area

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
