Our family lives in a large suburban single family home which is situated on over an acre of land with a pond. We live in a smaller town that is very family oriented. My husband and I have 2 children (both boys). Our oldest is 16 and our youngest is 7. We embrace cultural diversity and would love to host an exchange student in our home. It would be a learning experience for all of us.

About the Area
Our house is located within walking distance of the main square of our small town. Many things to do in our town that are family oriented. All of our schools are fairly close to our home (within a mile of our residence). Small town town atmosphere but we drive (30 minutes) on most weekends to get the 'big city' feel.

House Rules
Our main house rules are: be courteous to one another, have a positive attitude, speak up about issues (your likes or dislikes), be a team player to get goals of the family met but most importantly, our main rule is to have fun and share new experiences with each other. We are a very close family, we take a lot of day trips to different places and we also typically try to take at least 3 family vacations per year.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
