Located in a quaint secluded development of only 32 luxury homes in picturesque Southern Jersey. Beautiful country living just minutes away from Philadelphia. In addition, close to NJ shore. Easy access to NJ Turnpike, I-95, I-295, and Rt 55 (only 5-10 minutes away from all).
This greater than 4,800 sq ft house is nestled on over an acre of wooded land with a beautiful waterfront backyard. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a spacious sitting room, surround sound entertainment unit, and breathtaking bathroom that is over 500 sq ft!!!; the second bedroom has a spacious closet and it's own private bathroom; the third and fourth (jack and Jill) bedrooms share a large bathroom. In addition, the fourth bedroom has 2 extra large closets and a 20 ft cathedral ceiling!
The house has an open and spacious floor plan; consisting of a grand 2 story foyer with spiral staircase, a fully equipped computer room/ library, a state of the art kitchen with a separate breakfast atrium, a large family room with a wall of windows that view the gorgeous wooded landscape also equipped with a digital DTS Bose surround sound entertainment system, a game room with a hand crafted pool table, a fully functional luxurious formal dining room off the kitchen, a cozy living room and an exquisite estuary/ reading room.
There is a beautiful wooded backyard with an existential two-tier EP Henry patio that boasts a built-in oversized deluxe Jacuzzi therapeutic multi jet spa that comfortably sits eight people (equipped with waterfall, whirlpool adjustable jets, dazzling light display, and premium sound system that plays radio, cd, iPod, or auxiliary output).

About the Area
Our house is located in suburban/ rural South Jersey. It is a quite and safe community that offers the best of both worlds; beautiful peace and tranquility with a warm hospitable feel yet less than 20 miles away from Philadelphia. As mentioned earlier, quickly accessible to all major highways.
Swedesboro offers fun for the whole family. There are several parks, a beautiful lake, and many nature trails. There's a downtown shopping area with trendy restaurants, boutiques, and many other fun stores within walking distance. In addition, the next town over has an almost overwhelming antiquities shopping district.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
There is an additional cleaning fee of $150. A $300 security deposit will be held and returned upon departure. Only allowed to have up to 3 maximum non- registered guests. Non- registered guests must leave by midnight. Laundry room available for an additional charge of $10. If kitchen used, place dishes in dishwasher upon departure. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. No late night noise disturbance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
