About the Area
Đông Triêu is beautiful country side landscape area, it's located on the northeast, 90 km away from Hanoi, just 2 hours bus ride from Noi Bai airport and 65 km from Halong bay. From here visitors can easily extend trip to Hai Phong, Halong bay, Cat Ba and specially can make a beautiful adventure travelling loop to the north of Vietnam

House Rules
-All guests are required to show a valid form of identification at the front desk on check in:
• Guests from overseas are required to present a passport with a valid visa.
• Domestic guests are required to show a valid ID card or any other legal document(s) for identification purposes.
-Not allow to bring in the weapons, poisons or explosive in to our living quarter or while staying in Paddy Home
-Gambling and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found to breaking this rule will be held responsible as this is not only prohibited , it's also illegal throughout the whole of Vietnam.
-Cooking food and ironing clothes is prohibited in side the HOME's accommodations as this poses a fire risk.
-Smoking is prohibited within the rooms
-Please make sure the door and window of your room are locked, the lighting is turned off and key returned to the receptionist before leaving Any lost or damaged keys will be charged accordingly.
-Check – in times is from 14:00.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
