Mi war sehr nett und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ließ jedoch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Very helpful and welcoming. Place was great too. Location is perfect. Near enough to the old town but tucked away to be peaceful and quiet!

The room was fine, and close enough to walk to the best parts of the Old quarter. The wifi worked really well in my room. I had the room at the top of many stairs, so just make sure you are OK with that before booking. I never saw Mia, so it's more like ahotel than a homestay.

Mia was very helpful but this is not a homestay - it was more like a hostel. The room was comfortable and clean but one shower didn't work well. The breakfast was self catering but adequate. The other guests were very noisy which didn't help.

Mia's house is situated in a perfect location for tourists, almost every tourist destination in Hanoi is within walking distance (e.g. 5 minute walk to the Women's museum, 10 minutes to the Old Quarter). The house itself is very clean and tidy. Three fantastic rooms are available, although I suggest the ground floor room for those with heavy luggage as there are a lot of stairs. The hosts also provide maps in the room with points of interests highlighted. It's also a very easy place for locals to find (I used laundry delivery, Uber, and tour services during my stay). Uber services are usually 2 minutes away. Overall a good place to stay for the cost.

Mia's house is well located. In Hanois old quarter. The homestay is not directly accessible by car but it's only a 1 minute walk to the road. It is very convenient to get to museum.
The room we stayed in was on the ground floor. Good if you have large suitcases. The room was well kitted out with a good selection of toiletries.
For the cost the room, the size was good, however the rooms door was not great. The privacy was not what you would expect from a bedroom. As the room door was actually a glass patio type door, which was partially covered by a curtain. The door lock was not great but the security into the building was good.
We slept well as it's was a very quiet location and there was good air conditioning. The bed was hard.
The kitchen was well kitted out and importantly there was a supply of clean drinking water.
Breakfast is a DIY meal. It was ok but inconsistent. Of the 4 night we stayed, we went two mornings without a breakfast as nothing was supplied.
As far as homestays go, the staff were polite and helpful but overall Mia's house lacks the personal touch we expect from a homestay. It felt more like an Airbnb.
For the price it's is good. But if I were to stay again I would select a different room based on the room door not being very secure and not giving enough privacy.

Very pleasant and comftable stay for one night before continuing our journey. Everything needed to re charge and refresh.
