A beautiful newly built House with 3 spacious river view rooms and a private garden connecting with the ground floor room, set on the bank of the Thu Bon River which flows through Hoi An.
All rooms have a private en suite, river views, air conditioning & wifi.
The property is based on the peaceful Cam Nam Island & less then a 10 minute stroll to the hustle & bustle of Hoi An's old town, it is the perfect base to have while visiting beautiful Hoi An.
I live on the top floor of the property and I am always happy to help every guest by giving advice or organizing tours, transfers & other activity's, so each guest has a great time in beautiful Hoi An. A light breakfast of fresh fruit with tea & coffee is available on the ground floor each morning.

About the Area
The property is located on the peaceful Cam Nam island, only a short stroll over the bridge from the heart of the Hoi An old town & the central market. Hoi An's beaches are less then a 20 minute cycle away.

We stayed in Hoi An for 4 nights and had the room with garden ( and view on the river) It is a very luxuary room , well located: near to the old town ( 10 minutes on foot) , and in a very quiet neighborhood. Coffee and tea are free, also the use of the washing machine. We really loved it. Hoi An is very busy and crowdy, this place was an oasis
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
