Opposite is the water park and bowling center, supermarket 100m Coopmark me, 150m to university Ba Ria Vung Tau, 200 m to the fitness center, 500m to the village Viet-Russian experts, 1.5 km Nguyen Kim supermarket, 1 km to vung tau airport, 1.5km to the beach (the beach) 1.5km, 1,7km to the beachfront, 60km to the European average hot springs, 80km to HCMC.
Right in front of the bus station, bus station Express.
The house has two living rooms, a kitchen, four large bedrooms, a kitchen and a gym room with full facilities.

House Rules
All household members are expected to value and be considerate of the needs of others. As this is our family home please treat all furniture and household items with care. While people are sleeping we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. Smoking is permitted outside but NOT inside the house. We do not hold a security bond, however damages or breakages may ask to be covered. Please be aware of this. If you are unclear about the usage of any household items please ask us first,we will gladly assist you:).
There are no student curfew but please let the host know if you will be out late so we know you are safe:).
If we are cooking for you please let us know in the morning if you will be eating with us that evening otherwise we will assume you are and a meal fee will be charged.
Lost keys will attract a $ xx fee.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
