Welcome to our home My family and I reside in a 3 level home in North Burnaby .Our home is clean, safe and a happy environment.We reside in a well kept, beautiful safe neighbourhood in Forest Hills.
** We are a 3 minute walk to the bus stop
** 15 minute walk to the skytrain/subway
** 20 minute skytrain ride to downtown Vancouver .
We are about a 10 min drive to Simon Fraser University
*Beautiful walking/biking trails.*
*Millennium Line:
It has the following 17 stations: Brentwood Town Centre, Commercial-Broadway, Burquitlam, Gilmore, Coquitlam Central, Inlet Centre, Holdon , Lake City Way, Lafarge Lake-Douglas, Moody Centre, Lincoln, Lougheed Town Centre, Renfrew, Production Way-University, Sperling-Burnbaby Lake, Rupert, Few skytrain stops to Lougheed Mall and Brentwood Mall.

This beautiful home is in North Burnaby in Forest Hills where you will be taken with the lovely well kept homes . We are a community that looks out for each other where everyone feels welcomed and safe. Golf course a few minutes walk. Beautiful walk/bike paths to enjoy nature in a lovely atmosphere.We are just at the foot of Simon Fraser University about 18 min. bus ride and approximately 10 min drive to beautiful Burnaby Mountain.
*3 minute walk to bus stop
*less than 15 minute walk to skytrain.
*15-20 min skytrain ride to downtown Vancouver
*just a few skytrain stops and you are at 2 of our largest shopping malls, where you will find everything you are looking for

I loved staying with Connie, she was super helpful and open, you could ask her anything. She was also very caring and made sure you were comfortable. The house felt homy and spacious and it’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to the bus station.

My son who is a student of SFU is staying for last 5 months.. being new to Canada and being away from home and living on his own for first time, he is enjoying his stay every bit. He has got both his Independent space and the home feel as the house lady Connie takes care of everything including hot meals in evening. She is very considerate and kind and Nalin is really lucky to find this place thru homestay.

Connie is a very kind and helpful person and her place was perfect for me. It's a nice spacious room with all the required amenities and a very cozy kitchen space with TV and kitchen. Overall, it's very comfortable and convenient and I definitely recommend . Thank you Connie for a delightful stay

Staying at Connie's was the best thing that could happen to me arriving to this city !!! She is too kind, make you feel really like at home !!! The basement/flat is really comfortable, good kitchen, living room, dinning area, fridge, bathroom and room. So recommended.

Connie is an awesome host and I enjoyed staying there. She was very flexible and helpful. I would 100% recommend her if you're looking for a place to stay in Burnaby. The neighbourhood is also pretty good.
