Quiet house in a safe place. The room is really clean and well esuiped. It was nice to speed 2 night there. Sam and Sarah are welcoming, I recommend !

Sam & Sarah were our first homestay experience, which is a shame because now they ruined our expectations for future homestays as no one ever will even get close ;) they have been the nicest, most accommodating and helpful people you could wish for. We enjoyed it so much that we even extended our trip. The house, the room, the location is beautiful and I can only recommend staying with them in upper beaches.

My partner and I had a really great stay. Sam and his partner were very friendly. Their place was very clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating in terms of check in/check out and parking was available as well. They were great hosts - towels, shampoo, and conditioner were provided, and they even offered us coffee the next morning. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back next time we need a place to stay!

Beautiful house in the Upper Beaches area of Toronto. Sam and his partner are very friendly with a very cute dog Sunny! The house was extremely clean. Bedroom is a nice and bright space, comfortable bed, lots of closet space. Would happily stay there again!
