Kleines Zimmer, aber sehr sauber und ausreichend. Ebenso das Bad.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr herzlich. Sie haben auch spontan eine Unterkunft für Freunde besorgt. Tolles Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Sehr zu empfehlen.一月 2019
Nice clean and comfortable apartment. It was separate from the main house next door and has its own kitchen, so great if you’re stay is a little longer. They offer breakfast if required. The family were friendly and helpful.

Lovely people who could not do enough to help me make the most of my stay in Holguin. A tidy house, great room and breakfast, and also a quiet location that is very close to the centre. The mornings were a rooftop experience, enjoying shade, cooked breakfast and coffee, without the noise of trucks and buses. I will book here again.

Une jolie casa au centre d'Holguin, Ana Luisa est très gentille et professionnelle dans l'accueil de ses invités. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable et bien fournis. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. Avec un peu de chance vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner en écoutant la répétition de la chorale de la ville qui s'entraine à quelques pas de chez Ana Luisa !

C’ Étais un peu comme une prison attente q’arrive les propriétaires pour débarrer les portes sois pour sois pour entrer ou sortir ! Et je voulais un déjeuner vers 10h30 et j’ai entendu dir le Monsieur en espagnol , non car je crois que lui voulait que ça femme lui fasse à dîner. C’éTais Propre

Thank you very much for your comment. We think it will help us to be better in our job. Your opinnion is well received for us. However, we would like to explain you that we host people in our house for different places and we only close our doors for security reazons. However, you and all our customers have free time to go out and return to our place.
Regarding to breackfast, we always explain to our gests when they arrive, that they have to ask us in advance for the breackfasts, because we offer full breackfast. That means that we need to prepare all the conditions for that, and many customers have told us that our meals are the best in town. Furthermore, we would like to say that the breackfast time is from 7 to 10 am, in oder cases, you have to tell us the night before if you wanted out of time.
We are very sorry for the missunderstanding and we hope to have you with us again in our place. We really love our job and we always try to make our visitors happy.一月 2018

Hôtes très sympathiques et ne sachant pas quoi faire pour nous rendre le séjour agréable.
Je recommande fortement cette casa. Anna-Luisa saura vous accueillir avec toute la gentillesse dont font preuve les cubains.
