This self-contained flatette is perfect for someone in who needs to be in Auckland for a short or medium term contract or course, and wants an attractive, fully furnished, clean and cosy environment to come home to. The unit has it's own entrance through French doors from the deck, kitchen/lounge, bedroom, bathroom. Heaps of natural light through windows and French doors. Fully furnished. Kitchen/Lounge: Fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery and crockery, table. kitchen and lounge chair. Bedroom: Double bed, shelving, dresser, clothes rack. Full bathroom with washing machine. Flooring throughout is carpet and polished wood. There's a good parking space outside.
The house itself is a 1930's villa. The neighbourhood is excellent, with loads to do locally (beach, pool, parks, squash, tennis, zoo, transport museum, movies, mall, cafes and restaurants). It is within walking distance of AIT and UNITEC.
We are a minute from buses, 5 minutes from the trains, only a few stops to CBD.
I have a cat, who loves people.

It was a cosy place in a quiet zone, and Christine was always ready to hand out good advice, abd I felt really comfortable during my stay with her.

really liked how using Homestay is so casual and informal. Our host - Christine was awesome. Very friendly, welcoming, and trusting. Would use again if needed.
