Very friendly host, very informative.
I was a little worried that the rooms didn't have locks, as travelers were coming and going.

Well, our 10 nights stay was okey. Localization was really good, near from Arc de Triomph and Station North, but sandy beach was quite far. What was the problem for us, except the fact we had to share bathroom with 6 people, lack of part of the window in bathroom which should be repaired earlier, girl who should keep clean flat the only one thing she did in our room was cleaning floor, she hasn't cleaned mirror, windows or balcony, didn't even throw the rubbish. But the biggest problem for us was lack of the lock in our room doors. We didn't know who lives next to us so we were a bit afraid about our things, as well doors to the room and balcony which was shared with another room was open all the time.
To sum up, Christian is really nice guy, flat is okey for people who won't spend there too much time. There are many small things which can be just repair and prepare better ;) The one big plus is localization, near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and really quiet.八月 2017
