Ignacio m'a hébergé dans l'appartement de son fils. Nous nous avons pas pu échanger comme si nous étions chez l'habitant (ce que je recherchais) car son fils n'était pas là et le couple qui vivait dans l'appartement était gêné de notre présence.
L'appartement est surtout tres vetuste (fil électrique relié par des sucs, interrupteurs déboités, cuisine sale...). La cuisine était également petite et nous pouvions à peine tenir à 3 sur la table. Nous avons donc pris nos repas hors de l'appartement. Heureusement la chambre était correcte (bonne literie pour le grand lit mais sur le lit de mon fil, c'était léger). Par contre, Ignacio est tres sympathique (conseil pour visite, bonbons aux enfants).donc pour le logement 1/5, pour l'accueil 4/5 et pour l'interaction avec l'habitant 0/5.

Ignacio and Isabel are the kindest and most considerate host I have come across. They always try to make me comfortable and help me around in Madrid.
The breakfast is available at all times of the day. They even shared their lunch with me a couple of times. My favourite has been the Paella they so generously served me twice. The house is nice and has everything one needs.
I stayed at their house for around two months during my exchange and they treated me as their family. Thank you, Isabella and Ignacio! You both are amazing!

Place was very nice and localization very good, short distance to metro,park, Ignacio is a very helpfull person. in general i would suggest it to others.
