I thought Oliver and his girlfriend were easy to get along with. They were respectful and kept the room clean. My only problem was - maybe it was a mistake, I don't know, it's hard to tell - but I would only ask that he be clearer in his request next time. His booking was only for one person and when he showed up with his girlfriend at the door, I was taken aback, as I'm sure anyone else would have been.
