Hello, I'm Zawadi Aka Coleen

My interests and passion in life is to be helpful and creative, skills of which I naturally use whether inside or outside of a working environment. I have independently travelled to various countries such as Ghana, New York, Oklahoma, Seattle, Jamaica, in a supportive work capacity; as well as in search of sustainable communities that are practicing innovative eco ideas and processes, which was both very challenging and also very rewarding. The main reason for this is because I had decided to invest time and an enormous amount of energy re-skilling myself through volunteering aboard and taking a variety of courses to improve my opportunities for the future. I felt compelled to make a radical change in my life. It taught me how resilient and resourceful I am. And gave me the opportunity to tap into skills I never knew I had. I am a self motivator, reliable, organized and adaptable. I find joy in helping and motivating others, assisting them to have faith in their own abilities to achieve and fulfill their potential; I am now seeking an opportunity to travel once again where I can share my skills and passion for helping others and to challenge me for further growth and development to one day build an Eco - Learning Centre to encourage & promote Self Reliance. I love being creative and finding solutions...ways to utilize waste materials in an innovative way, (they call it Upcycling these days!) When I travel I prefer to stay with a family rather than a hotel mainly because this way I get to experience the area from a local (real) perspective, full of opportunities to see the country from within...where the more authentic stories are hidden.
