Unfortunately not a good stay. Relied on young family members for communication as Bernetta did not speak or understand English. Room not suitable as it was in basement area and facilities for bathroom not a good standard.

A lovely reception were collected from the station. Room spacious and felt very welcome. Maria provided wonderful breakfasts, and helped with guidance on sites to visit and restaurants. Really looked after us. Great ambassador for Torino. Would recommend a stay here.
