There were pros and cons to this visit: Pros: The bus stop and beach were a short walk away. My room was very comfortable and clean. I got to eat an Irish breakfast. Linda was very kind, took me to get food, and informative about the buses. Cons: She didn't tell me that her partner lived with her, both she and her partner do smoke, she did not personally make me a breakfast, two of my four nights I was awaken by Linda's partner because he forgot his key. I was a little scared being all alone in the house. I booked with Linda because according to her description she would provided the three things I need as a traveler with a medical condition: a quiet place to sleep, a breakfast (in the morning), a non-smoking home which I saw when I first booked her. With Homestays in general just keep in mind that anything can be promised. As a host Linda is very nice and friendly and I wish her the best.

I wasn't able to stay with Paula because of personal reasons, but I'm sure my stay wouldn've been very pleasant.

The host cancelled the booking 129 days before the arrival date.
