Joan is the perfect host in Dublin,she is talkative,gives information and is very kind. The house is in a walking distance from the highlights of Dublin,but I took the tram,which was really close to the house.The tram is convenient,as it goes in every 4-5 minutes. In 10 minutes you can reach Grafton street,the famous shopping area in the downtown,in 15,-20 minutes Trinity College,etc. The room is on the 3rd floor,there is nothing else,just the guest room and the private bathroom,so you can feel the privacy,too. The pictures on the website are real,the bed is super comfortable,everything is clean. Joan provides towels and hair dryer,as well.
