  Can't really say ,he did pay on arrival. The guest needed a place, was let down by friends. He booked knowing that I had an away commitment, but I managed to do laundry for him anyway. Wanted more than he,was willing to pay for. Just assumed he could use the kitchen when it clearly states that a discussion is required.
