Frances was a very nice, kind and helpfull host. It is easy to live and talk with her, therefore a six weeks stay has been unproblematic. She always ensured that there is enough food for breakfast. The room was well furnished and tidy. The location was good, there was an excellent bus connection, a walk into the city centre took about 25 min. She gave me tips what to do in Leeds and surrounding area. On my last day she gave me a lift to the city bus centre. I warmly recommend her accommodation!

Juliet was a very friendly and nice host. The bedroom was clean and well furnished. In general it was quiet, although the floor was creaking at every step. The walk distance to the city centre is about 30 min., good bus connections. Juliet adjusted well to my early check-in and rather late check-out times. I recommend her accommodation!
