Absolutely lovely place to stay! Flavia was an excellent hostess and concierge, she provided many recommendations during our stay, arranged taxi service and spoke very, very good English. We can't say enough nice things about the Casa. Spotless clean, private bathrooms, art everywhere, breakfast was so nice and tasty, top level terrace. The home was truly an oasis for us while in Havana, our place to go when we'd had enough of the heat and just needed to relax. Truthfully, we had no idea what to expect our first time in Havana, but our fears were quickly alleviated as soon as we arrived at the Casa, Flavia and the family were just so very nice and welcoming. Try the dinners! Excellent home cooked traditional Cuban food! We will return to Havana, and we will only stay at one place, Algadadiva. If you want to see Havana, please do yourself a favor and give Flavia / Algadadiva an opportunity to provide to you the same comfort, safety and homey experience that we found during our stay.
