- 57-yearold, considerate/respectful outgoing personality, progressive-centrist viewed, private businessman and consultant; focused on and in financial services, real estate, agricultural, and related sectors/lines-of-business in each area. Based in the South and Canada, travel primarily between Memphis, Toronto, and NY, secondarily to California, Europe, tertiary elsewhere. - When traveling, enjoy clean, quiet quality hotels offering good vale, renting a simple apartment, or staying with friends or family as my needs are simple; a clean, quiet place to return too to rest, sleep, prepare for the next day working. When traveling, by far, most every hour each day I’m busy working; bitter/sweet since thoroughly enjoy work, yet very much enjoy all the great things each place frequently travel has to offer (but, rarely get to enjoy since so very busy with meetings/work, getting a good night’s rest to go again the next day)… at least stay current, enjoy knowing what’s available, having it all at hand in case lucky enough to find a bit of free time to enjoy.

Franklin was a great guest. His communication via phone and emailing was excellent allowing for a smooth check-in. He has a very easy going and friendly disposition. All House Rules were followed and the room was left clean on departure. I would happily host Franklin again and recommend her to all Hosts.
