  Discovered him in my bedroom snooping.
  Placed a metal plate on beside lamp which melted the shade and could have set fire to it. Burnt a hole in a towel. Had use of kitchen and managed to melt a plastic chopping board by putting a hot pan on top. Has put me off being a host again!
