Hi, namaste, this is your host Jayaram, welcome to Namaste Homestay, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, Nepal. We have a beautiful house with 4 rooms with attached bathrooms available for our guests. Our homestay is fully furnished with facilities like free wifi, 24 hours of hot and cold water, a shared kitchen with a huge dining space, a bar with a seating area, a gym room, a store room to store your luggage, Big open living/seating TV room with Netflix. Open terrace on top with valley view. There is a washing machine on the terrace for your laundry.
My brother Sandip will welcome and host you during your stay. We will be very happy to welcome you and your family or friends in our home. You will love to stay with us once you check-in in our home.

About the Area
Our house is located just back of Hotel Radisson about 10 min walk, Just Back of Narayanhiti Palace museum about 5 min walk from the North Gate of the palace. It is a centrally located area of Lazimpat, Kathmandu with lots of local grocery shops, departmental stores, embassies, hotels, banks, ATM lounge, and restaurants around.

> Please, pay on advance by bank transfer or pay on cash Nepalese Rupees on arrival.
> Smoking is allowed but outside the room on the balcony or terrace.
> Outside shoes/slippers are not allowed inside the house, make sure to put them inside side the shoe rack.
> Usage of drugs or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
> No outside people/friends inside the room for security purposes.
> Parties and loud music are not allowed after 10 pm.
> Pets are not allowed.
> Cooking Gas, Water, and Electricity are very precious here, please use them very conscientiously.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
