La maison est écologique, système de pompe à chaleur ou de refroidissement inverter, murs qui récupèrent la chaleur de la terre, patio organique, etc. Bien sûr il reste des choses à faire mais l’objectif est de continuer à réinstaller les services en fonction de notre utilisation responsable.
La maison est très grande mais je ne loue que deux chambres : l’une avec la salle de douche en suite (chambre Paris) et la seconde (chambre bleue) avec la salle de bain externe. La cuisine, le salon, le patio et le garage sont des pièces communes. Il y a le WIFI fibre optique disponible dans toute la maison et un accès Netflix. De plus la maison a un service de vigilance et de sécurité 24h/24h. Je suis à 70 mètres du métro, dans un quartier centrique (15mn du micro centre) avec toutes les lignes de bus et transport publique ou prives organisés autour du parc. Le quartier est nouveau, avec des lofts et des bureaux, cerné par des espaces verts, accolé au quartier traditionnel commerçant et très animé.

House Rules
the house is ecological, for several reasons (such as the sanitary situation), we must leave the shoes outside the house and therefore provide slippers. Take care of the environment and clean up after yourself.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
