We are Susanna and Hector, and we married a long time! we have 2 children who no longer live with us, Juan Pablo and Lucia, but that visit us from time to time to share some lunch. We live in a large house on 2 floors, in a quiet neighborhood of Buenos Aires, called Floresta, hence our hosting baptized with the name "La Floresta". We are close to several shopping centers (Flores and Villa Park), and 3 blocks from the Av. Juan B. Justo where works called "Metrobus", where at least 2 lines circulate extremely fast transport -34 166- and you near Palermo in 15 minutes to downtown in 40 minutes combined with the underground. The house has a garden with a very large living room, a kitchen area, a toilet and a courtyard with barbecue on the ground floor; in our bedroom is a mezzanine floor above and half 2/4 more and a bathroom that are offered to our guests. From the courtyard leads to a fit for sunbathing or hanging clothes to dry terrace.
The bedrooms have 2 box springs, cable TV, air conditioning / heating and full linen and bathroom is also provided with towel / bath towels and hygiene items and hair dryer. The house has Wi-Fi in all areas. We really like having friends, going to see shows, gymnastics, and as hobbies do theater and magic. Susana works as a psychologist and has the office in an annex to the house with own entrance sector work there almost every day of the week. Hector owns a taxi, which add to the services we offer our guests the option of airport transfers to home and vice versa, as well as city tours pautar or more distant too. The house is very comfortable and also offer the service of Emergency Network, a free medical assistance is provided first aid and monitored by Prosegur alarm. It adds to the services in addition to the breakfast which is already included in the cost of our stay, the possibility of acquiring short "minutes" according to the stock of the moment, or propose as our readiness to prepare an "asado" or some during winter stew, such as locro, lentils, etc. We have the possibility to store luggage in case of making internal travel around the country and not wanting to take. About the Area
Our house is located in a residential district near 2 important commercial and social centers such as flowers and Villa Park and a shopping wholesale clothing, white and linen, textiles and shoes and slippers known as Avellaneda center. We are surrounded by countless lines of transport: 2 blocks collective 25 and 53; 5 blocks lines: 166 and 34, known as Metrobus, which reach Palermo in 15 minutes from our house, also 5 blocks lines: 47; 106, 114, 85. 8 blocks lines 63, 84.134, 124, 133, and 10 blocks 110. We are 10 blocks from Floresta Sarmiento railway station and 18 blocks from the subway station Nazca "A".
We live 10 minutes from the bus terminal known as Liniers aa about 6 kms from the city center.
It is a very quiet neighborhood of mostly low house with gardens. The house itself is very quiet, the birds tend to wake up, and weekends so we were located in a country house there is peace in the neighborhood. The Ezeiza International Airport are approximately about 25 kms.

House Rules
Ordered minimum security measures, as to place the alarm when all the guests are already at home in the evenings, this is security for all. Respect the hours of rest with respect to noise in the weekdays; weekends are more flexible because they are not forced to get up early; if any of the kitchen is used, leave the items and place them in hygienic conditions in which they are found; on weekdays do extreme noise in the garden, as the office windows are contiguous to it and could upset the operation thereof; No smoking inside the house: it is reserved for the garden, patio and terrace. You can not bring pets, we have an adult cat and can interfere with it.Do not bring strangers to the house, except after consultation with us whether it's fellow students, and already you can not stay overnight; finally, try to join us and spend as comfortable and pleasant as possible, look after and enjoy our home as you would your own.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
