Ana lives with her son Martin, in a cozy house in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, in an area located 20 min from downtown. The house is in a typical neighborhood of Buenos Aires, one block from a beautiful and large park, which allows the outdoors and enjoy your trees. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, has 3 bedrooms, one designed to accommodate the guest, has a spacious terrace with plants, table, chairs, allowing an option for breakfast outdoors, reading, etc.. We live with a dog, 9 years ago, very sociable and affectionate. Ana's medical psychiatrist, works in his office and teaches at the University, studying music and playing the flute, loves sports and anything on a swim team, where he trains regularly. .She loves reading, the house has a large library, loves movies and rides Martin, 21, working and studying geography at the University of Buenos Aires, plays guitar and likes soccer. About the Area
Our house is located 20 minutes from the center itself, which can be reached easily by underground and collective, is a quiet family neighborhood with a large park that has race track, gym, swimming pool and cultural center. The bus stop is two blocks away, and the subway too. The international airport is approximately 40 minutes, but got the option to ask you to go get in the car. In the district we have a fair twice a week where food and varis items, supermarket, boutiques, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, bookstores purchased.

House Rules
Maintain a schedule of night rest after midnight, smoking indoors is not allowed, if on the terrace. Close the house every time you go. The kitchen can be used anytime, but you have to clean it later. Are not allowed to invite strangers home. Feel comfortable and look after the house as if it were their own. Will always have at your fingertips, tea, coffee, matte freely.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
