We are a family of 3 adults and a child. Our house is located in the northern part of the city of Cordoba. The apartment has a spacious room with 4 beds, bathroom and a living room dining room. Guests can make use of a small kitchen. There is free wifi service. With air conditioner. The apartment is 25 minutes from the city center of Cordoba and 50 m from an important avenue that connects the airport with the center of Cordoba. It has urban and interurban transportation only 1 block away.
The apartment is attached to the house of the host family, they are both communicated through the door of the kitchenette.

About the Area
The location of the apartment is in the north of the capital city of Cordoba just 3 km from the city center, 50 meters are stops urban and intercity buses. It is also close only 5 minutes from Ingeniero Ambrosio Taravella International Airport. one block from the Avenida Monseñor Pablo Cabrera (direct path from the airport to the city center) through which you access the E53 route, which is one of the northern entrances of the city. This access leads to Ascochinga, Rio Ceballos and Square Road that leads you to the Valley of Punilla. It is also known because this route leads to Pajas Blancas, Cordoba International Airport. On this highway you enter the city of Cordoba Avenue Mosnseñor Pablo Cabrera can reach the center of the ciuidad. From here there is access to tourist places like La Falda, Rio Ceballos, La Granja and others. Just 100 meters away is the Circunvalación Avenue, called Agustín Tosco Avenue which is the motorway that surrounds the entire city of Cordoba. This avenue allows both the entrance to the capital and the exit to the different destinations by means of the provincial and national routes. So that entering this highway you could surround the whole city and enter by different places.

House Rules
Respect for sleep schedules, especially with noises and music, preferably from 22 to 9. It is not allowed to bring outside people to sleep in the room. It is understood that being in an independent department have more liberties than in a room within the family home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
