It is a very bright house with many levels which gives it a special charm. It has seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area and a very comfortable kitchen. It is located in the old town of Olivos, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, it is a very quiet and safe area and is absolutely communicated through two train lines and several buses. In the neighborhood there is an important shopping center, supermarkets and places of interest to visit. Also countless confectioneries and restaurants.

About the Area
Our house is a few blocks from the train stations that go to the center and to Tigre, which is a must see. It is also very close to the Port of Olivos and the shopping center that is very complete and offers a variety of restaurants, cafeterias, banks, boutiques, etc.-

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
It is to maintain the order and cleanliness of their rooms, breakfast within the stipulated hours of 7hs. at 11am. Do not make annoying noises or listen to loud music. It is important to respect and preserve harmony in coexistence with other guests. - Agree the schedules of entry and exit to the house with the hosts as they do not give keys to the street doors to the guests. Keep the rooms with a key. The house is not responsible for the loss of personal items if the rooms are left open. They change towels, sheets and wash clothes once a week.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
