Three bedroom reasonably large family home. Guest bedrooms both have double beds, airconditioning and fans, wardrobe space. Two rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. This area separate to hosts bathroom. Large kitchen and eating area, tv area and quiet lounge area. Nice gardens to sit in. On a bus route to the city, approx. 30 - 45 minutes to city centre. Myself and my husband live in the house, are well travelled and love meeting people from all over the world. We are close to beaches and country drives to local towns, and are always willing to help you sightsee. Loads of cafes and restaurants close by. we have a kayak which can be used on local waters. Our house is in a very quiet suburban street. I love to cook and you are welcome to join the evening meal also, and use the kitchen at your own leisure. Be part of our family during your stay. Currently we have no pets but may soon have a cat!! :) We have the facilities to host family of 4 provided kids can share a double bed. Families are very welcome.

About the Area
We are located South of the city of Adelaide in a residential suburb, approximately 25 km from Adelaide centre. We are a 25 minute drive from the airport, and can arrange to pick visitors up. The bus stop is 5 minutes from our place. There are buses trams and trains within quite easy access. There are large shopping and beach areas all within short travelling times, along with lovely hills areas to visit.

House Rules
We have locks on windows and dead locks on doors. We always keep screen front door locked. As we both work late night noise isn't always suitable, but the house is fairly well set up to shut ourselves away and not hear too much. If you wish to invite anyone else to our place we need to discuss it first. Please be clean and tidy as you would in your own place, and treat it as your temporary home. You will be responsible for making the bed and keeping the room tidy daily, cleaning your area including bathroom, toilet, floors and changing bed linen on a regular basis.

Our nicest homestay! Number one!!
Barbara and Brian are the perfect hosts: welcoming, generous, funny, and also discret when they have too. They gave us good advices for our visits. And invited us to share their very friendly dinner.
The house is really clean and we have our private bathroom and toilett. Great toys for our son.
We really felt at home! Don't hesitate, you will enjoy this homestay!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
