In 1 sentence, i had a wonderful stay!
Ezel (Abdul's Lebanese nickname) is a great host. I felt really welcome in his nice appartement, when i arrived after a little climb up to the appartement.
Everything is shared, if treated with respect ofcourse.
The hosts black tea is delicious.
The balcony view is amazing.
And also very positive is the location close to both the Arncliffe trainstation(100m) and close to Sydney Airport(6km)
I used the public bus when i come and did the beautiful walk back to the Airport when i left.
I will stay here again if i come to Australia and can reccomend it to everyone.

My stay with Abdul was so special. He made me feel welcome from the first moment i met him. Abdullah was so generous, friendly, kind and helpful. During my stay, many people has stayed over for a night or two boys and girls and i loved the experience of meeting new people as Abdullah will introduce everyone to each other. The place is so clean and tidy and always smells nice. I really recommend this place as it's close to the train station and the airport too.

It was a very wonderful experience.
It was my first time going abroad and my first time doing a homestay.
Therefore, I was a bit apprehensive at first.
But my fears soon disappeared.He showed me around the area near his house. He also showed me how to use the washing machine, how to use the kitchen, and even how to shop at the supermarket.
In addition, he made me sushi and pie. It was very delicious. As other reviewers have said, the view from the balcony was fantastic.
And he was very friendly and I had a great time with him even though my English was not so good.After leaving his house, I went back home after touring various other countries.
The experience I had at his house will remain as a precious memory in my life.

Had a great stay with Abdul! Amazing hospitality, great guy! He showed me around when I arrived, took me to the grocery store and helped me get and set up a SIM-Card. Also had some good suggestions as to where one could go around Sydney. We also had Shisha and Falafel together (ngl he makes the best ones I‘ve ever had!)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
