I live with my 2 dogs (nearly 6yr old greyhound and 1yr old whippet). Both my dogs, LOVE: people, company, food, dogs, kids, food! I work full time in the City (1-2 days from home). You can catch the bus to Warwick train station (10min) then you can get the train to the city (City campus) or Joondalup (ECU) in 15min. If you are studying at UWA it is an hour (plenty of time to catch up on your pre-readings!). Or you can travel with me to the train station when I drive there in the mornings.

House Rules

Wifi, all linen/pillows, towels, sheets are provided. Both rooms are $245 per week and includes wifi and utilities and light breakfast. Anything extra will be negotiated. Two guests share the main toilet/bathroom (host has own bathroom) so both guests are to take responsibility to clean the shared toilet/bathroom weekly. Guests are to wash their sheets and towels weekly and to vacuum and dust their bedrooms. Guests are to keep the kitchen clean and tidy after every use. I am vegan so I am happy to prepare dinner for you as well, but you will need to contribute to groceries. Otherwise, guests are responsible for providing their own lunch and dinners (pots and pans, cooking utensils, own crockery is all provided). Absolutely no smoking in the house or outside. No candles in the bedrooms. All powerpoints to be switched off when not in use. Evaporative cooler / heaters are to be turned off when no one is home. Bedroom doors to stay closed when not home (so my dogs don't sleep on your bed or chew on uni books, shoes etc - puppy is 12 months old and still sometimes doing this). I am only looking for international students who will stay a minimum of one semester. No parties and no friends/partners of guests staying over. Minimum 14 days notice if you decide to not live in my home, but I am looking for long term renters (at least all of 2024). Rent is always 2-weeks in advance. Do not ever let the dogs out the front door or garage. Evenings are quiet so I expect guests to be quiet at night too. My party days are well and truly over. If you have never been to Perth, I am happy to show you around on weekends and you can even join me on my holiday to Margaret River this year! I can assist you in getting a sim card, catch the bus/train with you to your campus to show you where to go, how to get to the shops etc. When I lived in NSW, I had Indian students living with me and when I lived in QLD I had a German student live with me. Looking for quiet and very clean female students only.

Smoking Rules

Your host is a non-smoker.

Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
