Our Family lives in a 3 bedroom house in Box hill, me and my husband in our late 50s originally came from China & lived in Australia for 12 years. We are very friendly, social people with warm hospitality.
Our house includes spacious sun filled living room with a wood fire place. Separate kitchen overlooks the sunny alfresco area. Large dining room leads to a bay window accessing to garden area with lots of home grow vegetables.
You'll have access to your private room, all common areas including kitchen, living area, bathroom and laundry room, and also street parking. Easily access to Melbourne CIty (20 minutes on train from Box Hill Centro), Doncaster Westfield (5 minutes) and BoxHill Central (5 minute) by Bus. There are many Asian restaurants, and cafes and large supermarkets in BoxHill center.
Shorter term lease are available for negotiation

Additional Info
$300 per week or $1000 per month (inclusive of 3 meals, water, electricity, gas & internet) for a minimum 3 months lease

There are few things to mention:
- The meals are not included in your price; We can provide meals if you want. Meals for each guest per meal per day cost 10 dollars per person.
- Pls don’t come back too late, shower and cooking are better completed before 11.30am, which also respect to other roommates.
- Your area includes your private bedroom, and shared bathroom. Please ask owner if you want to use laundry room.
- Please do not touch kitchen area without owner’s permission

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
