Beautiful garden house , very friendly. Working in food industry .Flexible working hours if you need any help during your study periods in Australia will no doubt help you out with all problems.
Our house is close to the quiet area and there is a safe park next to the morning for morning jogging. In 2 minutes, there are many buses to go to each transportation hub. Living facilities are very convenient to buy things. 20 minutes to the airport and to the city center. All 24-hour security patrols. There is a large garden where you can have a cup of coffee and read a book quietly. Birds and flowers. The landlord used to be a student studying in Australia for almost 20 years. I am very aware of what kind of care and help a new student needs.

Our house is in a quiet area, and there is a safe park next to it for morning jogs in the morning. In 2 minutes, there are many buses going to each transportation hub. The living facilities are complete and shopping is very convenient. 20 minutes to the airport and to the city center. Full 24-hour security patrol. There is a big garden where you can have a cup of coffee and read a book quietly. Singing birds and fragrant flowers. The landlord is a catering company who can provide healthy and nutritious food according to taste. The landlord used to be an international student and lived in Australia for almost 20 years. Know very well what kind of care and help new students need.

It was really good to stay there and a part of the family. Clean and quiet. Thank you so much for everything. I couldn’t start anything to stay in Australia without you!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
