Located centrally- close to City, Airport and beaches our self contained Granny Flat on our property is separate, suits quiet occupation and features:

- Large Open Plan - Queen Bedroom - Fans and Air Con available In Summer. Drawers, wardrobe, clothes horse. Tv streaming box Netflixs access.
- Bathroom Laundry incl Shower , basin, washing machine and own toilet.
- Lounge Room with small 1,2,3 seater lounges, coffee table, shelves, tv and DVD player.
- Dining table for 2
- Kitchenette- Single induction element and mini oven with oven trays.
Most self Contained kitchen items incl for cooking, plates, cutlery etc and new ziggy with gas .
- Electric Kettle and toaster.
- Fridge and Microwave
- Fan for Winter and Air con available Summer only.
- Small Patio at back with garden.
Outdoor egg chair, small table and 2 chairs.
Mini Ziggy BBQ and complimentary gas.

Located close to Airport, CITY and beaches Aeroglen is a very handy suburb located in a leafy character location. Closest area to Airport .
Lovely Palms Cafe 1 Minutes walk as is bus stop.
Located next to Yellow Arrow walking tracks and paths leading to City. Stratford shops 5vmins drive and 8 mins drive to all large shopping centre.

Granny Flat on Property QUIET OCCUPATION ONLY. Noise Considerance required from all.
Adults only , No children or babies permitted.
Listed guests occupation only. Smoking permitted on back patio, ashtray provided. No parties. Tenants to notify of any breakages and replacement required. Fair Wear and tear excluded . Owners permitted to cancel BOOKING if any rules not respected .
Dishes used to be washed and dried and bbq cleaned and switched off after use
Tenants to put bagged sealed rubbish into bins and recycling into bins located outside gate.
Sanitary items not to be flushed down toilet.
Air conditioning only available in summer. Room fan in bedroom and lounge in winter. If u require air con out summer please enquire a different charge will apply.
Property owners on property but in separate house, animals may be on property but separate to accommodation.
Only listed guests to be in staying overnight . Max 2 people occupation.
Visitors of course permitted - noise rules apply.
Very safe area, parking outside gate on street. No issues with theft.
Owners gay couple in healthcare. Will leave you to enjoy your stay but contactable if require help with anything.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
