There are 3 bedrooms in my brand new apartment. 2 rooms are taken up by my son and a young girl. They are very quiet and friendly. It's conducive for students and people who prefer quiet home. Opposite my apartment block is the Holmesglen Tafe and train station. It takes 20 mins to city via train. 10mins to the biggest Chadstone shopping centre by bus 903 and 20 mins to the popular Boxhill shopping centre by bus 903.There are many eating houses around my apartment and a big supermarket downstairs.

About the Area
My apartment is in a block of 224 units and located opposite the Holmesglen train station. 20mins to city centre by train and 15mins from Melbourne Airport to city by sky bus which cost only $18 (online booking) 10 mins to the biggest Chadstone shopping centre and 15mins to Boxhill shopping centre by bus 903. Bus stop is just 3 mins walk from my apartment. 20mins to Deakins University, Burwood.

House Rules
1. When cooking food on gas stove, care must be taken not to generate too much smoke. Please turn on the cooker hood exhaust fan and open the door leading to the balcony. There are sensors on the ceiling which can trigger off the alarm that leads to the fire station. When this happens, fire engine will be sent to our building and whoever causing the fire alarm will have to pay the cost which could amount to over $3000.
2. Luggage bags are to be carried across the hall into the room, to prevent any scratches to the wooden floor.
3. Luggage bags and heavy items to be placed on carpet and not directly on the floor.
4. Home appliances & air conditioners must be operated according to instruction manuals.
5. Wet clothing is to be dripped dry over the sink in the laundry room.
6. Dirty clothes for washing must be placed in the laundry baskets.
7. Please remember to switch off lights, electrical appliances (except the fridge), air-conditioner, etc. when you leave the apartment.
8. Smoking in or around the house is strongly forbidden. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
