We are The family of 3 me living in the 4 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and two toilets, big lounge room and nice outdoor entertainment area which have 2 bedrooms available for guests to stay , we have nice backyard garden and very hospitality and friendly family, we enjoy meeting and getting to know all kind of people disregarding any background,
We are looking forward to welcome and make new friend to all the people
We enjoy music and very much interested in Gardening ,cooking and travelling, our background are Vietnamese but been living in Australia for the last 40 years We speak fluently Vietnamese & English, our house location are just few minute walking to Bus and 10 minutes walking to the train station and shopping centre,

We lived together with daryl and moon for a little over three months and had a great time. They where everything and more than we expected. lt was our first time using homestay and we really enjoyed it. They were friendly, caring and really interested in the things we did and helped us out were ever they could. Daryl and Moon gave us useful tips as locals, that we would have never gotten from reading online. They were open, kind and let us enjoy there selfmade and really delicious food almost every day, wich made us love the vietnamies cuisine. We could use the washing machine, all there supplies and many groceries when we needed to. We had the best time and really want to come stay with them again as soon as we are back in Sydney. It’s a suggestion from heart to stay with them and feel like in a loving family.

Daryl and his family are so nice, welcoming, and friendly.
But a Muslim guest may feel uncomfortable because the place is full of idols which are prohibited it the religion of Islam.Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
