Our little family lives in a quiet area of Doncaster East that is a 5 minute walk to Tunstall square shops and public transport including an express freeway bus that gets you into the city in under 30 minutes, Doncaster Westfield Shopping Centre 5km down the road, and lovely leavy Warrandyte a short bus ride away. It is myself, my 15year old son and one cat.
Our townhouse gets a lot of natural light, especially through the kitchen windows looking out onto a lovely deck as well. I love the tropics so the house has a Bali-like feel in decor. My son knows that my intentions are to turn it into a tropical paradise jungle... and i am well on the way.
There is ducted heating throughout the house, wi-fi, as well as fans in the bedrooms. Your bedroom is furnished with bed, dresser and tv ( i can supply linen if you need it), as well as built in robe for storage. I will respect your privacy if you choose to spend most of your time in your room, but i am very social and happy to chat with you and help you discover lovely Melbourne if you are interested in exploring as well as help you get settled while you are here.
We have a large kitchen that faces onto the deck as well as open family/meals area. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 bathroom ensuites, and 1 main bathroom. The main bathroom has only recently been renovated and is a little patch of paradise with its own bath/shower and toilet. You would only be sharing your bathroom/toilet with one other person
i am a bit of a sweet tooth, so bake nutella brownies regularly and happy to share my addiction of chocolate with you if you are the same :)
We are a happy house and everyone that comes here says it has a great vibe.
i actually have two rooms available, so if you have a friend that is also looking, our house would be ideal for you.

About the Area
Our house is located in a leafy Doncaster East, 5 minutes walk to Tunstall Square shopping village and to local buses that take you everywhere. If you want to spend a day in the city, there is a Freeway bus that gets you into the city in under 30mins.
I f you want to do fashion shopping or go to the movies, the recently renovated Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute bus ride from here. Instead if you feel like being in the country and going to a weekend market, Warrandyte is only 15minutes away by bus.

Please make sure to lock all doors before you leave.
Feel free to cook up a storm ,but clean up afterwards. Making a mess is fun as long as you clean it once you are done :)
No strangers allowed into the house, so if you are wanting to invite anyone over, please let me know in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
