Welcome to a “Great Vibe” and a feeling of Space and Serenity, equally perfect for your business stay, perhaps soaking up a Perth holiday or visiting as a student.

This home is a two storey townhouse, “Modern” Stunning and very Spacious, containing 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, set high on the hill in Doubleview, with beautiful “Open Views” to the City and Perth Hills and a 2 minute drive to Scarborough Beach and our long stretch of coastline of beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and incredible sunsets.

The Upper floor has the Master Suite and Ensuite, Massive Gourmet Kitchen ⁄ Spacious Open Living, Powder Room and Extra Large Balcony with Lounges and BBQ – All hosting “FULL” Views of the City and Perth Hills.

Downstairs, available for you, are the 2 Large Double Bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, BIRs and furnishings, an exclusive Large Guest Bathroom with Bath, fully equipped Laundry, a separate Extra Large Open Living Area, containing own Kitchenette with sink ⁄ microwave ⁄ toaster ⁄ kettle ⁄ two fridges, flowing onto a Private Balinese Style Deck Area with water fountain.

Downstairs, also has the large Office, conveniently located at the end of the Open Living area so one, doesn’t feel isolated, if any pending Business or school homework needs attending to while on holidays. There’s wireless internet and the office is set up to accommodate more than one computer with a Laser Printer with all the features, including wireless Airprint for Ipads, mobiles etc.

Whether you are relaxing, having a wine on the balcony soaking up the "Views", cooking up a “storm” in the Gourmet Kitchen upstairs or just kicking back, the home offers a great feeling of “Serenity and Space” with the extra high ceilings and brightly sun kissed spacious rooms.

There’s a Front Loader Washing Machine, Iron and ironing board, Dryer and Dishwasher for your convenience. All Linen, Washing Powder, Dishwasher Tablets and essential crockery, cutlery and cleaning products are provided. If you are planning to “Shop till you Drop” in Perth and want to save on Luggage Space, by prior arrangement, there are Bathrobes available, for your convenience, if required and as many Coat Hangers, as you desire!

Conveniently located on the coastal strip in Perth’s Northern Suburbs, it’s approximately 10 minutes to Perth’s CBD and the beautiful drive up the coast, to Hillarys Boat Harbour. 20 - 25 minutes drive down the coast, to Fremantle and walking distance to Main Bus Routes at the end of the street and the surrounding Local Cafés, Restaurants and Coffee Shops are just aroud the corner.

Only a couple of minutes drive away, two "Major" local Shopping Centres - Karrinyup and Innaloo, the Stirling Train and Bus Station, the Freeway (Motorway), Cinemas and The Esplanade, on Scarborough Beach.

Things to do in the area are in “Abundance.”

Obviously the main highlights, are our beautiful white Beaches and the long stretch of Coastline, a must see and do, for those who love early morning or evening walks. For those who are a little more romantic, a must is, get on down the Beach Front, enjoy a glass of wine and watch our "Ahhhh - Mazing" Coastline Sunsets.

Lunching or Wining & Dining on Scarborough Beach front, The Esplanade boasts Modern Eateries, Shops, Bars and Restaurants and Amphitheatre, hosting National and International Music Festivals and seasonal Beachfront Markets and Live Bands.

Surrounding "Must-See" Attractions are ~

Hillary's Boat Harbour ~ an attraction for Perth locals and visitors! Spend the day wondering the Shops, the Aquarium, checking out the beautiful Big Boats moored in the pens, or on the Waterslides in the Water Park, play Mini Golf, go Diving, have lunch at one of the many Cafés or Restaurants, while the children play in the Playground, or on the Circus Rides. Spend the day on the beach, hire a Fishing Charter Boat or just go to The Breakwater Pub and enjoy a relaxing drink, stay for dinner and watch the Sunset.

Rottnest Island ~ “Go to Rotto” Take the Ferry across the Ocean from Hillary's Boat Harbour and do a day bike riding around the island, swimming the many, amazing “blue” white sandy Bays, feed the Quokkas - Rottnest Island’s local marsupial or just kick back in Thomson Bay and enjoy the island’s main Settlement of Shops, Restaurants, Cafés and Coffee Shops. The Rottnest Pub is a must!

Fremantle ~ an Electric, Bohemian Vibe with Funky Bars and Cafes - A “HotSpot” for Live Music and Weekend Markets.

The Swan Valley ~ a Hidden Treasure!!! You must take a Wine Tour by bus or drive yourself! Experience the hundreds of Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries, Cafes, Arts & Craft Shops, Chocolate and Cheese Factories, Parks and Picnic areas, approx. 30 minutes from here.

Swan River Tours ~ Indulge Yourself!!! A Tour on the Swan, perhaps a Beautiful Cruise ‘down’ to Fremantle, seeing the Privately owned “Amazing” Mansions on the edge of the Riverbanks or perhaps take a Wine & Cheese Cruise ‘up’ the River, stopping at varies places and wineries along the way!

Perth CBD ~ Shop till you Drop!!! or maybe Enjoy the many, of many, vibrant Bars, Café’s and Restaurants. Make it your mission - to find all the hidden ones down Side Streets and Laneways! So many to find and enjoy!!!

Kings Park ~ overlooks the Perth CBD from high above with Stunning views down the Swan River. Beautiful Natural Bushlands, Botanical Gardens and Rolling Parklands and Picnic spots. It's one of the largest inner city parks in the world (400.6 hectares) Great for walks, jogging or just Dining, relaxing and enjoying the views from the Restaurants and Cafe's. Fabulous by Day or Night!!

Northbridge ~ a Vibrant place to go, for a meal, lots of Pubs, Night Clubs and outdoor Cinemas, the Perth Museum and Art Gallery. Day or Night there’s always lots of festivities happening in Northbridge.

Everything you need is conveniently located. The list is endless really!!!

Depends on how much time you have. Take Transport with ease, Buses and Trains run close by, with only short waiting times, however there’s also your Private parking area, right beside the front door.

My home has the capacity to accomodate (a family) of up to 4 guests inclusive in the price of $150.00 AUD per night.
A Guest requesting to book only one Bedroom ($100.00 AUD per night) and will have "exclusive use" of all the amenities. Bedroom Two will be kept vacant, for the duration of your stay.
Two couples travelling (4 people) $100.00 AUD per night - per Bedroom.

For Long Term stay, cheaper rates are offered and require to be arranged in advance, depending on bookings and availability.

Airport Meet and Greet, Scenic Drives or other special requests, may be arranged, on offer by your Host, Wendy. These must be pre-booked and discussed in advance and would be as an added extra cost, depending on your requirements.
